Cancellation

If the booking or event could not take place and the agreements from the quotation will lapse, the following cancellation arrangement will be made. In case of cancellation 30 working days before the first working day, 25% of the quotation will be invoiced. In case of cancellation 20 days before the first working day, 50% of the quotation will be invoiced. In case of cancellation 10 days before the first working day, 75% of the quotation will be invoiced. In case of cancellation 2 days before the first working day, 90% of the quotation will be invoiced.

Replacement

If Chantalle Laurent receives a multi-day or international inquiry on the same day as the booking will take place, a replacement will be arranged. A professional from the Chantalle Laurent team who uses a similar style and delivers the same quality. This also applies in case of illness, injury or any other emergency.

Promotion

Chantalle Laurent is free to use the photos or a selection as promotion for her website and social media, unless the other party indicates in advance that this is not desired.
