Cancellation

Should the event or booking be cancelled and the agreements set out in the quotation therefore no longer apply, the following cancellation policy will apply:

• Cancellation 30 working days before the first working day: 25% of the quotation will be charged.
• Cancellation 20 days before the first working day: 50% of the quotation will be charged.
• Cancellation 10 days before the first working day: 75% of the quotation will be charged.
• Cancellation 2 days before the first working day: 90% of the quotation will be charged.

Replacement

In the event of illness or another emergency, a suitable replacement will be proposed.

Use of Photographs and Credit

The photographs may be used on the client’s own social media channels, provided that the photographer is credited. Separate terms and rates apply to commercial use of the images. Other parties may, in consultation, share the images on their own channels, provided that the photographer is credited. For print publications the photographer’s credit must always accompany the images.

Promotion

Chantalle Laurent Productions is free to use the content taken or a selection thereof for promotional purposes on her website and social media channels unless the other party expressly objects in writing.
